For its age the condition is actually very good, as this book is almost 150 years old. The pages are intact and the pages remain attached to the outer hardcover. There is some minor foxing to pages but this is to be expected for the book's age. The front of the book still has its original "sticker" seal in the middle at the front, which is usually missing on this book. Some wear to exterior in keeping with its age.
