Delivery is free in the UK for all orders. We ship directly from the UK.
You can expect most orders to arrive within 2-4 working days. All orders are dispatched within 1 working day using trusted courier services (with guaranteed same day dispatch if paid before 12PM).
We use Royal Mail for smaller items (such as DVDs) and other fully tracked, trusted courier services for larger items (Hermes or Parcelforce). For very large items or large bulk orders we use an express 24 hour delivery service at no extra cost for yourself (this means it will arrive within just 2-3 working days from the date of your purchase on all large or heavy orders). As our customer, for your peace of mind, your item(s) are always covered, so in the rare circumstance your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake in the description, you will be protected - you can read our Returns & Buyer Protection page for more information.
Please note: by default we offer free shipping on all items, however if you wish to pay extra for your item(s) to be sent with express delivery (or simply check if your item qualifies for Parcelforce 24 with free delivery), feel free to Contact Us to let us know, we can send you over an invoice to pay any additional costs if your item has not yet been dispatched.
After you place your order, you will shortly after receive a order confirmation email and once we dispatch your item, you will be notified.
