Returns & Buyer Protection Policy

We understand as online buyers ourselves, that having the peace of mind in the unlikely event of a problems is important. This is why we have a created a Money Back Guarantee for our customers:

Get the item you ordered or your money back. If you have a problem with your order, or if it hasn't arrived, we will be here to help resolve any problems.

For example, in the unlikely event - if an item hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, simply Contact Us within 60 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a free return label or issue a full refund.

For damaged items, we simply ask that you take photos of how you received the item (and packaging), so that we can pass this onto the courier company. Depending on the damage, we may request a return, however all return costs will be paid by us for these type of incidents. In addition, all used items are backed with a 60-day warranty.

You can also Contact Us to request a free return label on qualifying items. Please note - the buyer may be responsible for the returns cost or have postage deducted 'if' the reason is not eligible or us/the retailers fault in any way (for example "change of mind" or "no longer needed").

RETURNS POLICY

 

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can Contact Us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unwanted items
We can accept returns for these, however it must be within our return window and should be in an "unused" state. Please get in touch to arrange a return. For unwanted items, please obtain a proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged upon return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Once an item is received by us, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 1 working day. Please note refunds can take up to 5 working days to be fully processed into your account.
