Simply post the discs to us, and please obtain a proof of delivery receipt from the post office, as we are cannot be held responsible if the discs do not reach us. We will repair the disc and post it back to you free of charge. Note, if you wish to have your disc(s) sent back signed for, there is a slight fee of around £1.50 (you can simply put £1.50 cash in with your packaging/envelope/box when sending to us and we'll know to do this for you). ALL orders now have a tracking number for free (with delivery confirmation). 

If the disc is somehow lost when sent back to you, we will fully refund you the cost of the repair(s). Note we cannot be held responsible for the discs value if it is lost in the post. Please check our feedback page for reassurance.

ALL WE NEED FROM YOU:

After you make your purchases, simply pop your discs into an envelope or thin packaging, along with your Order ID and/or Return Address; send to our address at your local post office and we'll take it from there! we will repair and send the discs straight back to your door right away, usually within 1 working day (2 max) and they take just 2-4 working days to arrive back to you in excellent condition.

MORE INFORMATION:

Do not send the disc in a box (if possible), as this adds to the postage costs for you, so just simply pop the disc in an envelope or thin packaging (it's recommended to put card either side of the disc or put into a case, so it's protected while in transit). We will always make sure your discs are packaged safely upon returning them to you.

Please note that we cannot repair discs that are cracked, dented, warped or where the foil has been damaged - to check this, hold the disk up to a bright light to see if the light shines directly through the disc surface. Also we cannot fully repair VERY deep scratches, although cleaning it may cause the disc to work, the deep scratches may still show. But will definitely look better than before and any other light, medium or heavy scratches will be removed in the process.
