Rare PAL release (AU / English) made in Singapore. Still factory sealed. Note a collector has professionally sealed the sealed item. So basically the item is factory sealed and an additional seal has been put over the top to protect the original seal. This is helpful against ripping the seal etc and makes handling and displaying the item safer. This is a collector's item and not meant for opening as this devalues the item. So please only buy this if you are a collector.

The seal underneath is in great condition for its age and also has the official microsoft strip seal to the side of the case intact.
