Summer 1941. Eastern Finland Regiment machinegun company is ordered to leave out all unnecessary equipment. Company moved to the Russian border. The next morning wake up the men to the cannon roar - the war has begun.
The Finnish troops attack the enemy and advancing quickly across the border. For many of the men, this is their first contact with a war. They soon learn to live with death and the grim reality. They are few and their equipment is poor and the enemy appears to be superior to that of
number of materials. Heroes and the dead list is endless.
