Psycho- terrorist Slash Gallager has finally been brought to justice by Lawman Hurt Decoda. He is sentanced to serve his prison term in the newest form of criminal detainment: Holographic stasis. Slashs mind and soul are stored on a computer, destined to be reprogrammed but slashs gang of killers break his mind and soul out of computer. Now he walks the streets as an electro magnetic hologram.
