Compatibility:

Please see our clear images, (the back of the case will state the system requirements). PC games are always Region Free (compatible worldwide). There may be methods to make this work on different, or later versions of Windows other than mentioned on the case; but please buy at your own risk if it is not compatible. (The case will also state whether you'll need a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM to play - most modern games are DVD-ROM, while slightly older titles are often CD-ROM compatible; some games are compatible with both ROMS and this will be stated on the case). If you have any questions - simply message us and we will be happy to help.

ALL our PC games are the English version, unless stated otherwise in the listing title. (There is sometimes an option to change the language in the game's settings - if unsure, please check with us before buying).

Please note: Single player only (offline games) will not require an online activation code and any product activation codes for these offline games can be reused, infinitely; (as there is no internet connection required - these type of codes will always be included with your purchase). Multiplayer or Online game's activation codes (if any) - will likely be used (and cannot be reused); so these type of games are sold as a "re-installation disc / collector's item only".

What's Included:

You will receive the exact game pictured, (it is a real photo of the game you will receive - not a stock photo). We only sell physical versions (not digital codes).

The disc(s) are always included inside of the case, despite not always being pictured. (If a game is supposed to have more than 1 disc, they will be included - we always check for this). Also for offline games that sometimes require a "Product Code", this code will always be included (either on the case/inserts, or on the disc itself - this type of code can be reused). Online activation codes however cannot be reused and will be sold as expired or untested.

For new: If listed as "new", it will be factory sealed.

The Condition:

(Please see our listing's "condition", as sometimes the media we sell is brand new/sealed or pre-owned)

For pre-owned: The disc(s) will always be in very good used condition or better. We take great care when checking each individual disc - to ensure they are well looked after (on both sides of the disc), also that it is the correct disc, (which matches the case perfectly) and is of high quality; which guarantees the items you purchase are authentic. The case and inserts will be in good used condition (or better), unless clearly shown otherwise in our images.

(Your purchase will be carefully cleaned as well - so that the disc and case will not arrive dirty when "pre-owned")

For new: The game will be brand new and factory sealed. The seal will remain mostly, or fully intact; (please see our clear images for reference).

The images are also "part of the condition", so please view the pictures before purchasing; because if there is anything worth noting, it will be clearly pictured or described. We do not use stock photos, we only use real photos for all our products - so buy with confidence.

Note: (If the quantity of this listing is more than 1, the condition will be almost identical)

An item we sell may sometimes have very minor marks or wear to the media/case (unless brand new). Anything worth mentioning would be described. If "used", the item will be tested and in working order. In the unlikely event of the item being damaged during the transaction... we happily accept returns for a full refund or will do replacements when possible. Please contact us before leaving feedback.
