The A Touch of Frost Series 11 And 12 DVD contains all three episodes--"Another Life", "Dancing in the Dark" and "A Near Death Experience"--from the eleventh and twelfth series of this cops and crime drama. David Jason stars in the lead role of Detective Inspector Jack Frost, and is joined by Bruce Alexander, who plays the incredibly officious Superintendent Norman Mullett. Each episode contains at least two plots related to violence and/or murder, however there is not a lot of graphic violence; Frost's pursuit of the ladies is also a fairly regular sub-plot in these series. The show is set in Denton and also stars Blake Ritson (as DC Robert Presley, aka Frost's sidekick), and John Lyons (DS Toolan, another colleague).
