Triple-bill of romantic comedies. In '13 Going On 30' (2004), Jennifer Garner stars as Jenna Rink, who at the start of the film is a typical awkward adolescent, constantly dreaming of being popular and accepted as part of the in-crowd at school. During her thirteenth birthday party, she finds herself sitting alone and humiliated in a dark closet after being rejected during a teenage kissing game - and fervently wishes that there might be some way to avoid the trials and tribulations of the teenage years that stretch so cruelly and inevitably ahead of her. When she emerges, she gets the surprise of her life: she's popular, beautiful, successful - and days away from her 30th birthday. The only problem is, her mind has not matured to match her new womanly body, career or love-life. In 'Head Over Heels' (2001), art restoration expert Amanda Pierce (Monica Potter) moves into her new apartment and soon finds herself gazing out of the bedroom window and into the home of her gorgeous fashion executive neighbour Jim Winston (Freddie Prinz Jr.). It's clear that she is fast falling in love with the guy, and her supermodel flatmates - Candi, Jade, Roxanna and Holly - start plotting ways to get the pair together. But then Amanda spies Jim (apparently) in the process of murdering someone, and enlists the help of her clueless cohabs to investigate. Finally, in 'The Perfect Man' (2005), Holly Hamilton (Hilary Duff) is sick of moving house every time her single mother Jean (Heather Locklear) breaks up with another worthless boyfriend, so she comes up with a plan to create an imaginary secret admirer who will boost Jean's self-esteem and hopefully keep her in one place. But when the romance takes off, Holly has to produce the goods, and so she borrows her best friend's handsome uncle Ben (Chris Noth) to pose as the secret admirer. But will Holly be able to keep the pretence up for long?
