Good - Only light wear to box, outer card sleeve included! (all discs and manual included, with card sleeve for map and manual - but map is missing, but is easily obtained separately as very common). This is rare big box version (cardboard packaging), with all the discs inside and is otherwise complete. All discs in great condition.
