David Frost presents two programmes chronicling notable events of the 20th century. 'Reporting from the Front Line' looks at the risks taken by journalists reporting on the conflicts in Vietnam, the Falklands, the Gulf, Croatia, El Salvador and Bosnia. 'Life on the Frontline' features the effects of war on those living in its midst, drawing from reports on the Romanian revolution, the fall of the Berlin Wall, terrorist activity in Ireland and the Middle Eastern conflict.
