Wholesale Stock Information & Terms

All used stock is supplied in mixed condition, with basic checks only. Our prices reflect this approach.

• Basic checks: We check for expected discs and main cover artwork or case inserts, where applicable. Items are not individually playback-tested or condition-graded. We are also aware of fake copies and we are very careful to avoid these.
• Mixed conditions: Some items may be mint or near mint, while others may show moderate wear or be in acceptable condition — similar to the variety found in a charity shop.
• Discs: Some may have minor scratches or surface marks and occasionally benefit from resurfacing with a standard disc repair machine. Most are expected to work without repair, but playback is not individually guaranteed.
• Cases and packaging: Minor cracks, scuffs and wear can occur. Cases may occasionally need replacing.
• Video games: Manuals, promotional inserts and unused digital or UV codes are not guaranteed and may be missing or previously redeemed.
• Items with obviously severe damage are excluded wherever identified.

Please expect mixed-condition, lightly checked wholesale stock rather than individually graded retail stock.

We aim to offer fair, competitive wholesale prices that leave resellers room for plenty of potential profit, although resale prices and profits cannot be guaranteed. We aim to keep our stock files interesting and not your typical stock.

Stock is normally updated daily, with new titles added as they become available. Updated stock lists are sent out most weeks, and orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability and condition will vary. However, the sooner you place your order, the more likely you are to secure the stock.

• Minimum order: £150, excluding VAT and delivery.
• Free delivery: Orders of £200 or more, excluding VAT.
• Orders from £150 to £199.99: £10 delivery charge (standard), excluding VAT.
• Delivery services: Normally Parcelforce 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on order size and weight. We pick and dispatch orders usually within 1-3 working days and once dispatched the usual transit time is between 1 and 3 working days also. We only use fully tracked services.

We are happy to reserve wholesale stock for confirmed orders for a maximum of 7 calendar days, although payment is normally expected within 1–3 working days of order confirmation.

• Payment: Please arrange payment promptly once your order is confirmed and your invoice issued. Upon payment confirmation, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible (usually 1-3 working days).
• Reservations: Seven calendar days is the maximum holding period, not an automatic extension of the agreed payment deadline.
• Unpaid orders: If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we may cancel the order and release the stock for resale.
• Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
• Repeated cancellations or non-payment: We may suspend wholesale purchasing privileges or exclude customers from future stock lists and offers.
• Refunds: If we cancel an order after payment but before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items. For dispatched orders, please see Returns & Issues.

Because our wholesale stock is supplied in mixed condition and priced accordingly, normal wear, minor scratches, missing manuals and cosmetic case damage are not generally grounds for return.

If an item has a serious, undisclosed fault that makes it unusable or beyond reasonable repair, please contact us before arranging a return. We will review the issue and agree an appropriate resolution.

Wholesale prices shown exclude VAT. VAT will be charged where applicable under the relevant VAT rules.

VAT-registered businesses may be eligible to reclaim VAT where separately charged, subject to HMRC rules. Please retain invoices for accounting and tax records.
