Aimed at getting kids' muscles working, the show has plenty of fun songs for the little 'uns to hop, twist, jump and sing along to. Presented by Kristi Dear and featuring JoJo the animated bear, the programme also focuses on nutrition and the importance of healthy eating, improving balance, flexibility, coordination, motor skills, and self-esteem.
