Rare PAL release (AU / English) made in Singapore. Still factory sealed. Note this is a collector's item and not meant for opening as this devalues the item. So please only buy this if you are a collector.

The seal underneath is in great condition for its age (only minor wear/tear pictured - please check) and also has the official microsoft strip seal to the side of the case intact.
